We offer refunds for legal services if:

  • We fail to meet deadlines for the agreed-upon services.
  • The services provided are of poor quality, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

We do not offer refunds for legal services if:

  • The client is no longer in need of the services.
  • The client is dissatisfied with the outcome of the services provided.
  • The client provides incomplete or inaccurate information that affects the outcome of the services provided.

Legal Packages

We offer refunds for legal packages if:

  • The package has not been used or accessed.
  • The package was purchased by mistake and has not been used or accessed.

We do not offer refunds for legal packages if:

  • The package has been used or accessed.
  • The package was purchased by mistake and has been used or accessed.


Procedure for requesting a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@legalpracticecenter.com within 30 days of purchase. Please provide the reason for the refund request and any relevant details, including the order number and purchase date. We will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
